Return And Refund Policy

Non-Returnable Items

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number

  • A short explanation of the issue

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

After reviewing your request, we will email you return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. Please pack items securely before sending.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Mooro Garden covers return shipping.

  • Change-of-mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved.


Refunds

Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you do not receive your refund:

  1. Check your bank or card account.

  2. Contact your payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items.
