Do you ship internationally?
Yes — MooroGarden ships to many international destinations. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by country. Use our contact page or message customer support for exact country availability and rates.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on product weight, shipping method, and destination. During checkout you'll see a calculated rate. For bulk or wholesale orders, contact our sales team for custom shipping quotes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Deliveries usually take 3–10 business days within our main service zones. International shipments can take longer (10–25 business days). Once shipped you will receive a tracking number to follow the delivery progress.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact helpdesk@moorogarden.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the claim.
How do I track my order?
After your order ships you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also visit our tracking page and enter your order number and email to see the latest status.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually change or cancel it. Contact Helpdesk@MooroGarden.com immediately with your order number and requested change. If the order has already shipped we will advise return options.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal and local payment options where available. All payments are processed securely.
What is your return policy?
Unwanted items can be returned within 30 days in original condition for a refund (excluding shipping). Custom or clearance items may have different terms. Contact Helpdesk@MooroGarden.com for assistance.

Open a return request at https://moorogarden.com/contact-us or email Helpdesk@MooroGarden.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the steps.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
