Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
After reviewing your request, we will email you return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. Please pack items securely before sending.
Return Shipping Costs
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Mooro Garden covers return shipping.
Change-of-mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved.
Refunds
Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
